Remstone Construction is a privately owned Merseyside based construction company with a Head Office in Liverpool. We offer a personal service to clients, professionals and end users and enjoy excellent relationships with our supply chain, business support organisations and staff team.
The business is led by two directors who together have over 50 years of construction knowledge. Philip Dyer, Director is responsible for pre-construction, including business development, estimating & design management.
We have the ability to undertake all construction types and experience in many forms of contract including design and build, management contracting, traditional contracting and partnering. Contracts have included public sector schools (primary and secondary), higher education, health & medical centres, blue light facilities and private sector offices, retail units, industrial units, as well as residential new build and conversions; to both listed and conservation properties.
